I had a similar issue with a countertop model manufactured in 2020. You have to remove the entire cover to get the fuse and thermal fuses. Mine all checked good. I was able to check the door switches without removing them. After unplugging each thermal fuse and switch to test and then plugging them back in I plugged the microwave into the wall and it worked again. I am guessing that due to our high humidity that one of the connections had corroded, and that by me plugging and unplugging it completed the connection again.

Do you have to fully charge the battery before set up? Been charging mine for 4 hours

Thank you! I know this video was done a few years ago, but it paid off big for me so thanks. I got the part and its fixed because of you. I was wondering if when you took it apart, there was a thin and about 1 inch wide metal washer that went over the axle and in between the center of the new big gear center and the bracket that goes over it? I think that keeps the chain from slipping off the gears when loose. I was wondering if the chain slips off easy after you repaired this since the washer wasn't used if there was one on yours? I wasn't able to put this original washer back because I think the new metal hub of the gear stuck up just enough (mm's) more than original that I wouldn't have been able to get the small locking washer over the end of the axle because the notch into it would not have been sticking through the bracket enough. How to burn a circuit board like a noob, get a hot mess of solder everywhere, and risk failing at your intended task. Please use a desoldering iron or desoldering braid/pump when the contacts are that solder heavy otherwise you risk damaging the board which may need bodge wires to fix the damage. Always clean the surface after removing components before reinstall. Also if you intend on removing a good relay to use elsewhere, this would likely destroy it.

Thank you for the detailed video and explanation! I was able to get my reverse osmosis system working properly again without having to pay the $100+ service fee charged by my water softer company. I used a bicycle pump to re-pressurize it to a PSI of less than 10PSI. I didn't have a pressure meter that could measure smaller amounts, so I used the gage on the bicycle pump. My tank had a Max PSI of 100, but from advice on a similar tutorial video, it said to keep it at between 5-7PSI. Thank you!

at the 11:09 mark you fail to mention that when you pressurize the tank, you have to close the top valve/faucet, for the pressure to stay in the tank no?
